1. What information we collect, and how we collect it
- Information that you provide us: When you register for and use our services, we collect a parent/guardian’s email address, a username, password and month of birth. This information is vital for the use of our services.
All messages sent using our service’s chat features are stored indefinitely.
2. How we use information
We use the information that you provide to us and information automatically collected to deliver a working service, and to ensure that our services will continue to work and be improved in the future. This includes using information for troubleshooting, testing and data analytics.
We use email addresses provided by users on registry, unless opt out, to send you marketing emails containing relevant information about our services, including changes in our policy.
We may use chat messages sent using our services, and other relevant information about the users as means for termination of said user, or to solve any disputes of termination with another user.
We do not, and will not sell any of your personal information to third parties.
3. How we store information
All information collected directly from any of the above means are stored for as long as is reasonably necessary for any of the purposes mentioned in this policy.
4. How information is shared
We may be legally obligated to provide information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances.
As part of the ongoing effort to keep our players safe, information may be provided to the authorities or third parties if we believe that said information would be relevant for investigation or prevention of illegal or dangerous activities.
Information may be shared if we believe that said information is important to establish or protect our legal rights or to defend against legal action.
We may use information to investigate, prevent, or take action against abuse towards our services, or to the internet in general. This may include DOS (denial of service) / DDOS (distributed denial of service) attacks, or attempts to compromise personal information about our users or services.
We may provide relevant information to third party advertising services in the future.
5. Information removal
Users may request to permanently erase their personal information provided to us upon registration by contacting us using the information at the bottom of this policy.
Users can unsubscribe to marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link inside of said emails.
6. Information about children
We do not knowingly collect, use or share any personal information from children under the age of 13, without substantial proof of a parent or guardian’s consent. Parents / guardians can review, modify, and remove any personal information about a minor by contacting our support email, provided at the end of this policy.
Clicking on any links leading to off-site pages brings you to sites we do not own or control, and thus this policy does not apply to them. We recommend you to familiarize yourself with the policies of other sites you visit.

Policy changes are effective as soon as they are posted to this webpage.
“Services” refers to this website and other applications.
